To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, like following:
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, health and personal care items, paper jewelry, paper bags, paper lamps, soft toys, fabric lengths less than one meter.
In order to get a defective/unused item replaced :
You can also reply to any of the emails received by you from Tathastu Souvenirs and someone shall speak to you and register your request.
The defective/unused product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if available. Return charges are payable by us for domestic (India) shipments and by customer for International shipments.
Return Delivery Address:
If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund/replacement please write us at store@tathastusouvenirs.com and we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse. If the item you received is broken or faulty, please send us a picture of the same via email communication. We will do our best to process refund request within 7 working days.

Who will bear the shipping charges for returns?
If return location of the shipment is outside India, Tathastu will not be paying the return shipping charges. We can offer refund/replacements once products are received back into our warehouse. We strongly recommend you to choose carefully before making an international order as returns may be not very cost effective.
How will I get my money back?
Once you drop a mail at store@tathastusouvenirs.com with your return request, our team shall call and coordinate about your request. no worries!
How do I cancel an order on
1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same. We will recall the parcel.
2. If you received the product, inform us, we’ll get it picked up under standard return/replacement procedures mentioned above on this page.
